Free Shipping Policy

Free shipping is applied to your cart automatically on select items. Signs measuring 30 inches and above do not apply. All MUTCD signs do not apply. All items shipped will be via economy shipping. Economy shipping may take up to 14 days to receive your item. If you need to expedite your shipping, select your chosen method upon check out, shipping rates may apply. There are no quantity limits for economy shipping via our website. Free Shipping only applies to www.signsbysignways.com.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
